Ever looked at the current political space in the country and wonder  how did we get it so wrong? The people that are supposed to shield us from everything bad are the ones who steal everything away from us. they are as unreliable as a new born. Irresponsible with the sit they hold and inhumane to lives of those that gave that same seat. All they care about are themselves. Selfish to their cores. 
A couple of days ago it was in the news that 700 residents of an area in Mathare watched in disbelief as their houses were brought down by the same people that have taken an oath to protect their rights. More so, in a period where there is a pandemic killing people in their thousands globally, there's a nation-wide curfew, heavy rainfall and the cold of the night. our so called leaders have proven to us once again why they are the most incompetent people to lead a nation in such times. 
We dream of a country where our leaders take responsibility for their actions. They use the resources provided to them to build a better country. Leaders that really do care about us every single day not just when they need us to vote. But to us, that remains just that, a far fetched dream. Not with the current crop we have.Greed runs through their blood. If it does not enrich them then it probably does not matter to them. They are the HIGHEST paid PUBLIC OFFICERS in the WORLD. Yet they will still look for ways to take more of our money that is meant to serve as all.
I honestly thought that I'd write down all my anger for our worthless leaders but i am just tired. Tired of that whole lot and tired of us as the voters. We are all sheep, led happily towards the slaughter house. If any politician ever was to read this, do what you are mandated to do you selfish prick!!
Read through this, we should get angry again.

It was a sunny afternoon. The sun was setting in the horizon shining its rays on the savanna creating a golden cover that was beautiful to the eye. In the middle of this sea of gold grasslands was a water point, where all the animals in the land came to quench their thirst. Antelopes, zebras, buffaloes, and the mighty elephants. Ever been at your very end? Not knowing what to do next. You feel like you have given it your all yet all you get is nothingness? I know, this is deep. Maybe it is for you as it is for me.
